How to Install a Crystal Fandelier


The crystal fandelier is not that hard to install, but it's important to take precautions. First of all, make sure you know what you're doing before trying to install one yourself. (If you don't have any experience with electricity and/or wiring, we recommend hiring a professional electrician for this job.)

Once everything is in place and ready for installation, turn off the power source at your home so nothing can go wrong while working on it. And now follow the steps to install the beautiful and functional crystal fandelier.


Step 1

Check packages and count items and accessories.

If you find that there are missing accessories, please contact the merchant in time and ask them to send you the missing items.


Step 2

Assemble the Crystal Light Shade

  • Assemble the canopy and adapter cover.
  • Remove the bolt, pin, and set screws from the top of the fan motor assembly.
  • Route wires from the top of the fan motor through downrod/ ball.
  • Align the holes at the bottom of the downrod with the holes in the collar on top of the motor housing. Carefully insert the bolt through the holes in the collar and downrod. Be careful not to jam the bolt against the wires inside the downrod. Insert the pin to the end of the bolt.
  • Fix the downrod with the set screws provided.

NOTE: This fandelier is supplied with two types of hanging downrods:

  • 1.The short downrod for "close-to and flat ceiling" installation (less than 9 feet).
  • 2.The long downrod for high or angled ceiling less than 22°.
  • 3.Please contact us if you need longer downrod or angled ceiling greater than 22°


Step 3

Install the Bracket

  • Pass the power wires through the center hole in the mounting bracket as shown in follow pic.

  • Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling outlet box with the screws and washers provided with your outlet box.


Step 4

Hang the Fandelier

Place the downrod ball into the bracket socket. Be sure the fixation slot is locked by the bracket.


Step 5

Install Wires of the Crystal Fandelier

NOTE: THIS FANDELIER ONLY NEEDS ONE SET OF INPUT WIRES (black, white, and ground wire). Both of the fan and lights will be controlled by the remote controller. The wall switch is not able to control the fixture fully functionally.

THIS FANDELIER CAN ONLY BE CONNECTED ONTO ON/OFF SWITCH. IF YOU HAVE ONE, NOT SUITABLE FOR DIMMER SWITCH.

  • Connect the fan live wire(black)to your house live wire (black).
  • Connect the fan neutral wire (white) to your house neutral wire (white).
  • Connect the fan ground wire (from downrod, green/yellow stripe) toyour house ground wire (optional).
  • After connecting the wires, spread them apart so that the live wiresside of the outlet box and the neutral wires are on the other side.are on one


Step 6

Attach the Canopy

  • Insert the wires and wire connectors into the outlet box.

  • Slide the canopy upto the ceiling and attach it to the mounting bracket with the screwsprovided. Tighten all screws securely.


Step 7

Assemble and Hang Crystal Balls

Hook the crystal balls with the clips provided. Hook one ball with the 2- octagon crystal strand. Hook the crystals onto the frame. Hook the octagon strand in the center of frame.
